Shipping Policy

At Secondhand Luxury we prioritize providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition.

Order Processing:

Upon receiving your order, I ensure prompt processing within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after Friday, 22.00 will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. Our standard shipping typically takes 3-4 days for delivery within most locations.

Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited services.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Shipping Fees:

We strive to keep our shipping fees as transparent and affordable as possible. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and order weight/size.

If your order exceeds 250 CHF the delivery will be free.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This enables you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.

Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays) may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

 

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your product, we offer a simple return and refund process within 7 days from the purchase date.

Returns

To begin a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at mstreule01@gmaill.com to request a return authorization. Kindly provide your order number and details regarding the product you wish to return.

  • Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.

Conditions

  • The returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a refund after evaluating the situation.
